Peter Tulau

Peter Tulau has twenty-five years’ experience in executive search and has led major organisational transformations in the industrial, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors.

Peter previously enjoyed a long career as a Partner at one of Australia’s largest human capital consulting organisations where he focussed on securing exceptional leaders in industrial and manufacturing markets including construction, building products, engineering, operations, supply chain and manufacturing. His clients have included foreign multinationals, ASX listed organisations and high quality small, medium enterprises.

Peter has tertiary qualifications in psychology and labour/management relations and has been a presenter on Best Practice Recruitment and Reward for The Executive Connection and the CEO Institute.


Richard Fortune

Richard is a seasoned executive search consultant and board advisor. He works with resources and industrial clients around the world to build cohesive and capable teams.

Richard previously founded executive search firm Relead Group, and prior to that he was a senior consultant with a global executive search firm with a focus on resources. He commenced his career as a mining engineer in South America and Australia with BHP Minerals and Anglocoal, and was subsequently a regional business executive with Runge Ltd.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of New South Wales and serves on the Sydney branch committee of The Minerals Institute (AusIMM).


Richard Sterling

Richard Sterling has over twenty-five years of executive search experience working closely with CEOs to build highly capable leadership teams.

He has a background in international executive search in a range of industry sectors including; natural resources, manufacturing, defence, utilities and infrastructure.

Richard is a member of the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management and sits on their executive review panels for expert certification.


Julie Garland McLellan

Julie Garland McLellan is a boardroom specialist. As a company director she has the experience of serving on a range of boards within not-for-profit, government, commercial sectors and with publicly listed companies.

She is the author of:

Julie has a degree in Civil Engineering, an executive MBA, a graduate diploma in applied finance and investment, a diploma of company directorship and an advanced diploma in company directorship.

Kevin Belzycki

Kevin is the Managing Director of Career Capital, which is a strategic alliance partner of Alto Partners.  Kevin founded Career Capital in 2001, with the intent of developing a boutique consultancy to partner closely with organizations in working through complex people issues, such as advising on senior selection processes, resolving conflict, and coaching leaders to fulfil their potential. Kevin spent the first 3 years of his career working as a clinical psychologist, before spending the last 20 years working as an organizational psychologist and business leader, providing best-practice assessment and development services to a wide range of Australian businesses. Kevin has Masters qualifications in Psychology and is an endorsed Organisational Psychologist. He is a member of the Australian Psychological Society’s College of Organisational Psychologists.
